A One-Stop Source For Industrial Wastewater Treatment Technology

Water – we can’t live without it. Since the beginning of time, it has been a valuable resource used for cleaning, bathing, cooking and consumption. But water is also important for other reasons. For industrial applications, water is a versatile substance used in a number of ways, including cooling, irrigation and energy. Whether for consumption or industrial applications, properly treating, reusing and disposing of water is crucial.

For industrial wastewater treatment, the main challenge is particles – from large substances to the minuscule, including bacteria, plant material, dirt and crushed stone. Removing particles from water is an intricate process that involves floc formation with alum and ferric chloride (clumping the particles together in a mass), clump-strengthening with polymer (to keep the clumped mass from breaking apart), and then removing and disposing of the sludge. All of these processes require water treatment technology that is safe, efficient and reliable.

Neptune MP7000Neptune MP7000 Series Mechanical Metering Pumps

These metering pumps are engineered to handle clear liquids with viscosity ranging from water-like to 2,500 cPS, including alum and ferric chloride. The capacity can be manually adjusted with a micrometer dial while the pump is running, producing flow rates ranging from 2 gph to 300 gph (9 L/hr to 1,364 L/hr) at head pressures up to 235 psi (16 bar). Washdown-duty and explosion-proof motors, as well as variable frequency drive options, are also available. These mechanically actuated, self-priming pumps have a simple, straight-through valve and head design that improves flow characteristics, ideal for use in industrial water and wastewater treatment applications.Neptune Polymaster

Neptune Polymaster™ Polymer Activation and Blending System

The Neptune Polymaster is a simple, automatic and economical solution for diluting, mixing and activating emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers, including new-high-molecular-weight products, without any blades to damage the fragile polymer chains. The patented, motorized Gatlin Mixer and Distribution Head allow for better mixing and a higher degree of activation. The compact, lightweight design makes the Neptune Polymaster easy to install, operate and maintain.

Abaque® Series Peristaltic (Hose) Pumps

With a seal-free design that eliminates leaks, these peristaltic pumps are ideal for abrasive and aggressive fluids to shear-sensitive and viscous materials with solid particles sized up to 0.59” (15 mm) and soft particles as large as 0.98” (25 mm). The ductile-iron and steel construction allows the pump to produce discharge pressures as high as 217 psi (15 bar). With self-priming, dry-running and suction-lift capabilities, these pumps ensure “whatever goes into the pump comes out of the pump.” Additionally, pump hoses are available in natural rubber, EPDM, Buna N and Hypalong to provide versatility
